IDRODEPURAZIONE has designed different series of prefabricated static separators for the treatment of waste water containing a huge quantity of mineral oils and hydrocarbons. Indeed these substances must be separated from the discharged water.
Plants schematically consist of a sand collector and an oil extractor fitted for the need and complete with a coalescence filter and a floating shutter.
The coalescence filter is used to separate light micro particles that wouldn’t part from the water by simple floatation, increasing thus the separation efficiency.
In case of waste water containing a great load of oils and hydrocarbons, the treated discharges may undergo a final filtration on oil-absorbing pillows capable of retaining the oily substances still present, before being sent to the final receiver.
The choice of the plant type depends on the discharged instantaneous flow.
The installation of the static separators realized by IDRODEPURAZIONE guarantees a discharge complying with the acceptability threshold as provided by the laws in force.
All models provide carriageable covering for cars. Available on demand is the carriageable covering for heavy means of transport.
